We are partnering with Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) to deliver a three year project to increase the numbers of four currently red listed house nesting birds: house sparrows, starlings, house martins and swifts by adding more nest boxes and improving or developing new habitats.

This event will feature a walk around Settle to identify potential sites for nest boxes and then a mapping session to see where these can be put up in the Autumn.

This event will start at 10am with the walk around for about an hour. We will then return to the Methodist Church hall to map where boxes can go over refreshments.
