Generating Our Own Electricity

May’s Green Cafe will feature the work of ACE’s Energy Group.
We can generate more of our own electricity by adding solar panels to roofs across Settle and agree the cost of that electricity by connecting generators to consumers through a local energy club.
Come and hear more from ACE’s Energy Group about:
- How to get involved in the proposed energy local club
- A roof-top solar survey we are having done to identify the best local roof-tops for solar installations
- How to use the thermal imaging camera that we have on long term loan from Yorkshire Dales Millenium Trust, to check where your accommodation might be losing heat and what you can do about it.
